• You, Your  -refer to the Attendee, Organizer or any other visitor to the website.
• Attendee  -a person, company or other entity who has signed-up to receive events list via email or other methods, sent by this website.
• Organizer  -a person, company, its partners, its service providers or other entities who has/have signed-up to be able to promote/advertise events on this website or is/are directly/indirectly involved in posting of events/other information to this website.
• We, Us, Events366, Events366.com  -refer to this website (Events366.com).
• Using this website/Use of this website  -means visiting, browsing this website or posting, promoting, editing information on this website.

For all users, Attendees, Organizers visiting this website:

• You have read, agree and fully accept all the Terms & Conditions listed here.
• You are over 18 years of age.
• You agree not to use, post, upload, send - vulgar, abusive, threatening, racist, sexist or adult-rated content, text or pictures/video on this website.
• You agree not to use this website for criminal or fraudulent purposes, or for illegal activities.
• You agree that You (and only You) are fully responsible for any/all consequences, injuries, damages resulting from using this website.
• You agree that You (and only You) are fully responsible for charge-backs, costs, any legal actions against You.
• You agree that all the information/content which You have posted is accurate and correct to the best of your knowledge.  By providing us with this information/content, You have given Us permission to store, use, advertise (and/or use for advertising), distribute and analyze this information (also see Privacy Policy for additional information).
• You agree that You have taken all necessary steps to ensure that the information you provide Us does not violate any copyrights.
• You agree not to use this website to promote other websites, products or services (except for Events which You have posted on Events366.com ).
• You agree and accept that no refunds are available.  You agree that any fees paid are for posting of information on this website; and cancellation, removal or deletion of that information will not entitle You to any compensation, fees or refund.
• You agree and accept that We do not offer any guarantees as to the level of success and/or satisfaction you may or may not achieve, or the effectiveness of this website or its services in achieving any goals or results.
• Although we work hard to keep our systems secure and in order, You agree that we are not responsible for loss/theft or misuse of data, data corruptions - by hacking, by system failure(s) or any other method - lost or deleted data/information, or infection by or transfer of viruses, trojans, worms or other code or software.
• You understand that we delete data on our systems from time-to-time, and that you will not have access to this deleted data.  Deletion of data does not entitle You to any services, compensation, fees or refund.
• You accept that the content available on this website is not controlled or moderated by Us.  You may be exposed to obscene, vulgar, sexist, adult rated, offensive content.
• You accept that we do not screen our members, Attendees, Organizers or other visitors.
• You accept that We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, inaccuracies, software bugs, system malfunctions or crashes, or website unavailability.  From time to time the site may be brought down (shut down) for maintenance.
• You agree and accept that the services of Events366 may be discontinued at any time.  Your account profile, services and/or events may be removed or terminated at any time and/or We may remove or terminate Your account and/or profile at any time without providing any reason. You will not be entitled to any compensation or any other fees.
• You accept that geo-searches or location based searches are approximate, and may include locations which may not be of interest to you.
• You agree to follow all guidelines and instructions which are listed on data entry forms (pages) and also within Help files which can be displayed by clicking on Help links shown on the data entry forms.
• You accept that while entering any data or text on forms or pages, on Events366.com, no HTML, Javascript or other programming code is allowed, and some characters from the data or text which you have entered, may be removed, changed or replaced.
• You understand and accept that we may revise or change these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• You agree that if any term(s) is held to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, it shall not affect the enforceability of any of the remaining terms.

For all Organizers:

• You agree that events which you post on this website are actual events, and each event posted has a specific start date and end date and a specific location where the event will be held.
• By posting events on Events366.com You are giving Us permission to advertise Your event(s) and/or content, using any means or methods available to Us.  You also give us permission to use your information/content for the purposes of promoting or advertising Events366.
• You agree that for recurring events, each occurrence is counted as one separate event.
• You agree not to post/upload anything other than information directly related to the event.
• You agree that You are fully responsible for managing the events which you have posted.  You are responsible for collection of any funds, issuing re-funds, insurance, compliance, and safety of the Attendees and/or other attendees.
• You agree to resolve any disputes directly (and without involving Us) with the Attendee(s).
• You agree to provide contact information, when posting events on this website.
• You agree that Attendees are free to rate your service and events, to provide feedback which can be read by all other Attendees and/or users of the site, and to complain about or criticize various aspects of your events.  You agree not to hold Us or the Attendee(s) or users responsible for any consequences or damages caused by rating, feedback or criticism.
• You agree that events must be posted at least 7 days prior to the event start date, and event duration cannot exceed 31 days.  We do not guarantee the accuracy of the Attendee targeting or the email distribution systems and/or service.  We make no commitments as to how many Attendees will see Your event listing(s) or details.
• You agree that once an event has been posted, its dates cannot be changed or edited.  Within the 7 days prior to the event start date, no changes can be made to the event posting and details.  You can however cancel the event.  Information on an event listing is sent out to Attendees only when the event start date is within the next 3 months (within the 3 months prior to the event start date).
• You agree that once an event has been cancelled, it cannot be re-activated.  You can however post a new event.
• You agree that the Event URL Link or any other internet link which you may enter on Events366.com, point to the actual event page, and not to another page or another website.
• You agree that if You fail to enter full information about your event and/or do not provide full and valid response to data fields on the forms, you event and/or other data may be deleted.  You accept that if You do not provide Cost Per Person information, your event may be marked as 'FREE event' i.e. no charge for attending the event.
• You must post (use) all your available event listings before your Account Expiry Date.  No refunds are available for unused events.

For all Attendees:

• You agree to receive emails from us, showing event(s) and other information.
• You agree that you will not allow anyone else access to the emails that we send to you.  You agree that your Attendee account is for your use ONLY and that you will not share any event posting information with any other person.  Only one account (login) is allowed for each Attendee.
• You agree that We only provide a service to list events, and email event information to Attendees or send other forms of alerts to Attendees.
• You agree that We do not manage Organizers or their events.
• You agree that We are not responsible for the accuracy or timeliness of the information, the quality of the services provided by the Organizer or changes to the event schedule or cancellations.  Check for changes and/or cancellations with the Organizer.
• You agree to resolve any/all disputes, problems, issues directly with the Organizer.
• You agree that your use of this website and any of its services is entirely at your own risk, and that We are not responsible for any consequences or damages.
